If you have been cited to Mayor’s Court, received a ticket and or given a court date for not filing or paying your Greenhills income taxes, you must appear in Court.
If you satisfy the requirements of the Greenhills Income Tax Ordinance that means, if you file as required, and or pay the balance due before the date on your citation, it is possible that you only have to go to Court one time.
If you have not filed and or paid your Greenhills taxes by the Court date on your citation, then you will have to go to Court on the given date, and then return to Court after you have filed and paid your taxes. That means you will have to go to Court at least two times.
If you have posted a bond, you must go to Court in order to have the Court return you bond.
